Description
Two acre tree lined spring fed lake plus smaller lake 6 - 8 feet in depth.

Fish Details
Carp to 35lbs, Bream to 10lbs Tench to 10lbs, Perch to 4lbs, Roach and Rudd to 3lbs.

Tactics
All species catch well on maggots, mainly white. Carp are mainly caught on luncheon meat and sweetcorn. Ground bait should be used sparingly so as not to kill the swim.
